Curato Stays may send marketing or promotional communications by email or other permitted channels where allowed by law. Marketing text messages, if offered in the future, will require separate consent and will not be sent through Curato Stays' transactional host SMS program.
6. SMS and Text Messaging
Curato Stays operates a transactional SMS messaging program for approved hosts who manage properties through Curato Stays.
Who Receives Messages
Transactional SMS messages are intended only for approved Curato Stays hosts who have affirmatively opted in through the designated consent mechanism.
Why Messages Are Sent
Messages may include new booking notifications, reservation updates, changes or cancellations, property-related reservation notifications, and account-related host activity notifications.
The Curato Stays transactional SMS program does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent and Frequency
Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. Consent must be affirmatively provided through the designated SMS opt-in mechanism. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of using Curato Stays.
Message frequency varies based on booking and reservation activity. Hosts with more booking activity may receive more messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out and Help
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not prevent Curato Stays from communicating through other necessary or permitted channels.
7. Mobile Information and SMS Consent
Curato Stays does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent will not be transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use telecommunications providers, SMS platforms, and other service providers to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers may process mobile information only as necessary to provide messaging services to Curato Stays and may not use SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

These disclosures do not authorize third parties or affiliates to use Curato Stays SMS opt-in information or mobile phone numbers for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, maintain sessions, measure performance, prevent fraud, and understand how users interact with Curato Stays.
You may be able to manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of parts of the Services. If we use optional analytics or advertising cookies where consent is required, we will provide the appropriate notice and choices.
